Thanks to technology the world is now increasingly globally connected, hence nearly all of our work looks at the international picture, comparing how different markets adopt technology and exploring how the impacts vary.

Make things simple and beautiful

We live in a world increasingly awash with data. This is why we believe in making data easy to interpret and of course nice to look at.

Avoid the hype

Inevitably, technology inspires hype. It’s very easy to tell you that Twitter is the biggest invention since the printing press, and that client X must dump his entire TV spend to be on Twitter, but it’s false. Change is more pragmatic and the vast majority of consumers evolve through existing technology. We avoid this hype and give you the facts based on rigorous data driven analysis of the reality.

Look for the unexpected

Technology impacts in ways that people never forecast and are often more important than the expected. For example, in a recent project we uncovered how growing transparency of the travel market thanks to photo sharing sites and mapping, is driving demands for more extreme and unusual holidays, as we seek to avoid the other consumers shared holiday experiences.
